Wednesday’s Recipe…Sea Queen

I have decided to post a new recipe each Wednesday. It might be something I have personally made (you will see pictures), or I want to try.  I love to bake & cook…so you will always get something new :)

My first Wednesday Recipe is :)

Sea Queen

All of the ingredients:)

First you need to chop the green peppers, mushrooms & onions

You then need to sautee the Green Peppers & onions in butter

let sauté a few min and then add your mushrooms

After your mushrooms have reduced by half you then add your frozen peas and turn off the burner
In a seperate bowl you then will combine your curry powder, light cream & mayonnaise
After that is thoroughly mixed you will combine your veggies in the pan to the curried mixture.
Last up will be to combine your seafood… Shrimp & Crab
Put in a large casserole dish and bake covered :)
